Stile:
All of the motifs at Anker Høyer are based on recognizable reality, and are as such "naturalistic". But always with strong elements from surrealism, and often with style traits from Art Nouveau.
Thus, it is never the recognizable reality that is the goal. It is about reproducing the special movement, the lines, the patterns and the colors that are also in the motifs, but which, for the common rational sense, are not present. It is this slightly surreal sense that is the goal.
